We have introduced a number of virtual classes via the Zoom platform, which you can join without leaving your home. Enjoy some initial face time with coaches and your team alike before taking part in our 45-minute sweat sessions.
We will be offering virtual class packages, exclusive for your company and the classes will be put on at a time that works best for your team. The instructor will be live and you will be able to see your teammates work out with you.
