GET BACK IN SHAPE - intermediate level

Get unlimited access to all SheFights classes plus if you’ve been working out consistently for the last one month or more, then you’re most likely at an intermediate level. At this point, you’ve already completed a beginner program that allowed you to build up a base level of strength and endurance.

THIS PROGRAM IS INTERMEDIATE LEVEL. HARD LEVEL IS 5/10 (10 MOST DIFFICULT)

Intermediate classes

3 to 4 days per week of strength training (split up workout by body part or upper/lower body)

Unlimited Class Access

Unlimited access to all classes in SheFights and HammeFist gym for you to keep consistent workout

Strength Training

It involves using your own body weight, dumbbells and other weights or trying resistance band workouts to build muscle mass, strength and endurance

Circuit Bootcamp

Circuit training is an exercise that combines strength training and aerobic conditioning in one full-body workout for women. Circuit training improves your muscle strength, as well as cardiovascular endurance, while burning hundreds of calories.

Cardio and HIIT

Research suggests High-intensity interval training (HIIT) will result in a greater reduction of body fat, compared to traditional exercise. Cardio is defined as a steady-state exercise where your heart rate is raised above 50% of your MHR for an extended period of time.
